We supply chilled Canterbury lamb from New Zealand – air-flown weekly. Born and raised in the lush pastures of New Zealand, the lambs graze on natural grass and drink crystal clear spring water from the Southern Alps. This gives the lamb a distinct flavor and superb tenderness which guarantees an enjoyable eating experience.


Our range of lamb and mutton come from AVA approved countries such as Australia and New Zealand. Our processing service includes cubing, slicing and deboning of leg of lamb should you need it.
